Brent, Corey, Collin and Alex are the best. We/They built our home through the most difficult of times with Covid and supply chain shortages. They kept us informed and mostly on time with the situations they encountered. We have been in the home for just over two years and love it. We would highly recommend them for an honest and down to earth company to build or remodel your home.

Tarpon Bay Construction.... they are rockstars! For 10 years I have been recommending my clients to them, everything from something simple like doors and window replacement to building beachfront stilt homes on Sanibel, Captiva Islands as well as Fort Myers Beach. They are a family run business and understand the dynamics of all aspects of new rules, code enforcement, permitting and are well versed in new construction designs. From start to finish, every part of building a new home from the ground to completion was outstanding thanks to Tarpon Bay Construction. I felt like we were full partners through the design process, planning for weather impact, creating a beautiful and spacious space, choosing the details like the stunning tile floors, bathroom fixtures, lanai, landscaping, and more. Brent, Corey, and the others were all unfailingly gracious, responsive, and responsible. Tarpon Bay built a new elevated home for me on Fort Myers Beach for a comparable cost to some of these pre-fab outfits that give you limited choices and cookie-cutter plans. Each phase of my project provided custom planning, execution, and service. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them most highly!

recently hired Tarpon Bay Construction for a major home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You can't find a better local building contractor. Tarpon Bay is a family owned local construction company. The daughter sons and father are hands on in this business. They are thorough, honest and very dependable. The scope of work on our house was a total exterior overhaul that included porch decks, railing, hardy board siding, paint and new doors and windows. It was a large scale job on a two story stilt home. I never as much as even one time had any problems or questions about the work under way. From start to the finish of the job there were no worries. The workmanship was with close attention to details. The construction crew takes pride in workmanship. Hurricane Ian destroyed our home. Tarpon Bay Construction put it back to better than new condition.
